Our optional cleaning add-ons are designed to give you that fresh, organised feeling without taking any time away from your pets. Cleaning is completed after all pet care duties, so your furry friends still get our full attention and cuddles first!

Light Clean

Perfect for a quick reset while you’re away. We’ll pick up any bits left out from packing, wipe down surfaces, straighten cushions and bedding, and leave each room feeling refreshed.

From £8 per room (£8 small rooms · £10 larger spaces like kitchens or lounges)

Deep Clean

Come home to a truly spotless space. Includes all light clean tasks plus vacuuming, mopping, skirting boards, polishing surfaces, mirrors, and changing bedding (if requested).

Whole Home Fresh Package

For those who want to return home to a sparkling, fresh-smelling house. All rooms cleaned top to bottom, beds made, bins emptied, and every space left feeling like new.

From £85 (Around 4 hours depending on home size and number of rooms)

✅ Pet zones are always included as part of your regular Whisker Watchers visit — no add-on needed for litter trays, feeding areas, or pet mess tidy-ups.

Cancellations & Refunds:
• More than 48 hours’ notice: No charge, and any pre-paid fees will be credited toward future bookings.
• Less than 48 hours’ notice: 50% of the walk fee will be charged.
• Same-day cancellations (within 24 hours of the scheduled walk): Full fee applies.

• Late fees apply for payments not made on time.

Recurring Walks:
• If you have a regular, recurring booking and need to cancel a single walk, please provide at least 48 hours’ notice to avoid charges.
• If you need to pause or cancel your recurring schedule long-term, one week’s notice is appreciated.

Extreme Weather & Emergencies:
• If severe weather makes walking unsafe (e.g., extreme heat, storms, or ice), we will notify you, and either reschedule or offer an alternative (such as a shorter garden visit).
• In case of emergencies, we handle cancellations on a case-by-case basis with flexibility.
